Lisa is a Master of her trade and by far the best agent in all of Monroe County/Florida Keys. The one thing to note before I start is that in the Florida Keys, it seems everyone seems to have their real estate license but very few are professional and take the extra steps needed to ensure a quick and smooth sale. Do you want the Bentley of Agents? Then Lisa is it! Lisa was 100% correct on the value of our home, this is important because it reduced renegotiating and further issues down the road. She sold the house in one day with potential back up clients as well. The house was photographed with the most professional photos I have ever seen, which as anyone who has bought and sold many homes, is very important and brings business to your house. Lisa also went above and beyond to help us resolve open permits with the County. Every Call and email was promptly returned or a message was sent giving a time she would be free usually within an hour or so. She guided us every single step of the way from listing, inspection period, to closing. If you want a five star experience selling or buying a home in the Florida Keys seek out Lisa's professional advice and services.
