John Salvatore is awesome! He is very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He walked with us through every step of the process. He answered every question we had and never pushed us toward anything we didn't need or want. Lisa and her team set the bar for other Realtors ! The wife and I had given selling our home lots of consideration before contacting Lisa. Lisa came to our house for a consultation per our request. To our surprise she had market data and comps pulled and presented to us the next day. Her appraisal of the market and a appraisal we had done the prior month matched well. The amount of turn around from us contacting Lisa, to listed on the market was done quickly and professionally. This resulted in us receiving a full asking price sale in less than a week of being listed!!! Lisa and her team were absolutely amazing to work with during the entire process they made a stressful life event smooth and painless. Lisa and her team are what I would consider an elite team of professionals! I would recommend anyone thinking of selling to contact Lisa. You won’t be disappointed.

I had been working with the Lisa Ferringo group, mostly with John Salvatore, to find my dream home in the Florida Keys. I spent many hours going through many different homes with John. He responded immediately, got showings within hours, and could answer any questions I ever had with ease. When I found the house of my dreams, John got me into it, got my offer to the owner, and we had a contract within hours. John then listed the home I was currently in, had it sold within 24 hours for above asking price. The Lisa Ferringo Group absolutely went several extra miles in making sure our property sold. They consistently advertised, held open houses, and counseled us on how to make our property as appealing as possible. I highly recommend this group! They really went out of their way to show and sell my house, receiving multiple offers during a pandemic and roadblock which limited out of County house buyers.
