I am an older man, and have bought and sold a number of properties, both as residences and as investments. In addition, I was a realtor in Florida for 7 years. I can honestly say Lisa is the besy realtor I have ever seen or worked with. Enough said.

If you want to find the perfect house, then Lisa is the Realtor you want. We had a great experience. We went down and within three days found and purchased a house that we love. She knows her stuff and gets to know you. She will find the house that fits you.

There is a good reason why Lisa is one of the top agents in the Lower Keys. She is absolutely outstanding! She was always highly professional, often going way beyond what was required of her. If ever we decided to make another real estate transaction in the area the first call we would make would be to Lisa.

Lisa Ferringo was our real estate professional that greatly helps us to sell our lot on Marathon Key. I live in CT and was unable to travel down to Florida - she handled EVERYTHING. She checked for outstanding permits - and got them cleared, Went through the building inspection and got any issues cleared, and kept trying to find a buyer even when we had a tentative buyer (so I ended up with a much better offer). She responded quickly with any questions and kept me in the loop at all times. I intend to use her for my next keys property.
