She explained all of the contracts and processes to me, advocated for me during the price negotiations and presented my property in her listing beautifully. My house sold in one week!

I have dealt with Lisa Ferringo & Assoc. twice within the last two years, and have been extremely pleased with the firm's knowledge, courtesy and professionalism both times. The first time, her associate, Pam Stangler spent numerous hours searching for a home in Key West for me, according to the parameters which we had discussed. We found a home, which my wife and I purchased in 2014. The second time (which occurred earlier this year), we asked Pam to sell this house for us, which she did with wonderful results. Pam and Lisa truly know the market, communicate their valuable advice well, and handled all of the details of both the purchase and the sale for us with a minimum of complication. If/when we return to this market, we will deal only with Pam and Lisa.
